Having endured the cold for a couple of hours on a walking tour, we needed to warm our legs and hands. As we were in the Jewish quarter we ventured into Hamsa which promised “hummus and happiness”. The meze selection was beautifully presented and the hot near east wine helped helped thaw the cold. The meze wasn’t the finest and the bread was sufficiently hard you could use it as a deadly weapon but I am happy so, at the very least, it has lived up to expectations.
Yay, lunch is back.
