I love making lasagne and I was determined to make a great one. I toddled off to the supermarket and splashed out on beef, veal, wine, 6 types of vegetable and the many other ingredients required. I spent hours preparing and cooking the dish and I got more excited as the time passed. I brought a portion into work for reheating and it was AMAZING! The only criticism I have is that I should have made it in a smaller dish so the meat layers were more substantial.
