I have been rather poor at blogging this week and this is partially due to the repetitive nature of my lunches. I have been attempting a health kick so my lunch has revolved around salad. I have at least managed to keep the protein varied: Monday was leftover roast chicken with pigs in blankets, Tuesday was ham and mozzarella and today was smoked salmon. In all honesty Monday’s was the best and probably the least healthy, fail but I’ve enjoyed all of them.
